Join us this Saturday, April 27, for the third workshop of the Human Nature Series! This workshop will be all about the Therapeutic Benefits of Nature. We will be taking advantage of the beautiful spring weather using practices such as grounding, guided meditation, nature drawing, and the Japanese art of Shinrin-Yoku, literally translated as “taking in the forest atmosphere”, but commonly referred to as Forest Bathing. Local experts will be in attendance to make this experience as fulfilling as possible! Dan Trew, from Centred Outdoors, will be speaking about research outcomes supporting the therapeutic benefits of nature. Lucy Heggenstaller, a certified Forest and Nature Therapy guide, will be leading Forest Bathing walks, allowing attendees to further connect with nature. Finally, Aaron “Bear” Berger, an instructor at Lila Yoga, will be leading guided meditation throughout the afternoon. If you would like to shake the last bit of lingering winter blues, or de-stress from the high demands of work or school, this is the workshop for you!

If you plan to attend, PLEASE register online below. This workshop is FREE, but registration helps us to know how many people to expect. We hope to see you there!
