The Penn State Extension Master Gardeners of Huntingdon County invite you to a workshop on designing a home garden or landscape that attracts the wildlife you want to see — from Monarch butterflies to hummingbirds. Learn how to select the right plants for your space, based on sunlight, moisture, and other key factors, and discover additional resources to bring these beautiful visitors right outside your window. Participants will also engage in a hands-on exercise to match specific plants with the wildlife best suited to their unique environment.
This program will be a great precursor to the Shaver’s Creek Native Plant Sale on April 26!
Registration through Penn State Extension is required.
Registration Deadline: March 26
Cost: $10 per person
